He treats and manages eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and pink eye with prescription medications and other methods. Dr. Starkman is a graduate of the prestigious Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He was trained in the areas of medical optometry and low (subnormal) vision at The Eye Institute, ad completed additional training in eye disease at the Goldschlager Eye Institute in Tel Hashomer, Israel.
