I called and someone just said «Hello» like I wasn’t calling a grocery store so I asked «Is this Ziggy’s Produce?» to verify I had called the right number and was hung up on. Tried calling again thinking I had in fact called the wrong number and the same thing happened. Horrible customer service, won’t ever shop there.

Their produce selection isn’t large but it’s reasonably priced, close to me, family-​run, and one of the few places to get fresh produce in Old Brooklyn.
Plus, there’s a small deli counter, a few groceries [including imported goods from Bulgaria, Macedonia, and the Ukraine, and a few Ukrainian dvds, newspapers, and magazines.
