Tri-State Import

I brought to this shop a great running older vehicle for a valve adjustment, and to track down a slight coolant leak. They «adjusted» the valves, and told me that the engine was running «rich.» But not to worry, «we fixed it.» They also told me that there was, «not a coolant leak.»
Well, my vehicle has not run well since leaving this shop. Also, the green fluid (coolant is the only green fluid in the vehicle) continues to leak.
I extended them the opportunity to make things right, and was told that I would, «be hearing from us soon,» in regards to when to bring the vehicle back to resolve the issues they created. I did not hear back from them. I called them back two weeks later and advised them that my patience was exhausted, and I would not bring my vehicle back to such incompetent mechanics and business people.
The only reason that I have given a single star is that it does not appear that I can offer a lesser rating here.
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE THIS SHOP BE AVOIDED.
They don’t even know what engine coolant is!
