Established in 2013.

Total Home Entertainment LLC was founded by Robert Pustelnik, a self-​proclaimed «Tech-​Geek», to fill a void in the in home consulting arena. He began the business in response to a personal experience he had during an in-​home service call with a well-​known technology installation company. The experience was underwhelming to say the least! The technicians were unprepared and disorganized. They were not knowledgeable or pleasant and ultimately, they left him feeling more confused and lost rather than actually helping resolve anything. And so, from that day forward, Robert vowed to open his own company where everyone would be treated the way he wanted to be treated. The Right Way, The First Time, Every time.
