Friendly, fast, great job. Towed a 2500 Dodge with a travel trailer in tow. Got it out of a tight spot. No damage. Very reasonably priced compared to Texas rates.

Terrible Experience, I spent $ 1,425.00 on a complete tune-​up and a transmission cooler and they didn’t install my spark plugs correctly which lead to a plug blowing out 6 miles down the road after paying them and then after they supposedly corrected the problem another blew out 30 miles after the second time picking it up from them at which point they said it wasn’t covered under the warranty. What???
They incorrectly install spark plugs and after less than 50 miles and $ 1,400 decided not to Honor the warranty. They get 1 star because I dont know if this site will accept a ZERO. They are also getting a letter from the state from where I’ve filled a complaint with the Tennessee’s Consumers Affairs Division.
