This place is struggling to meet the expectations I have for a tanning salon. Gym members have 24⁄7 access to the facility but not to tanning. And if you aren’t a gym member, good luck ever knowing when these people are open. I’ve called several times with no answer during business hours and their voicemail isn’t set up and doesn’t provide information for when they are open. Shouldn’t this be on their website at the very least? They’re the only option I know of around here and it’s too bad, I wish there was somewhere else to go tanning downtown.
