Also bought groupon. First couldn’t schedule any appointment for two weeks. When I finally got in it was the worst massage of my life! Bright package of three massages, will not be redeeming other two.

I did a couple’s massage with my boyfriend using a living social deal. They were accommodating over the phone. Tanya and Rene were really nice and gave great massages. The space is a bit weird and kinda run down but the massages were definitely worth it. It doesn’t give you the spa feeling but it was great massage. We would definitely go back.

My husband and I bought a 3 pack of massages to Tanya’s Infinite Touch from Groupon. We went to a couples massage for our anniversary. It was awful. It was in a run down office building in Cleveland.
Tanya had to come and open the door for us… and she was in pajama pants. Unprofessional.
The massages themselves were rough. (Partially because of dry skin on their hands and partially because it was not great technique)
We still have one left… And we are not planning on going back. If anyone wants it! It’s up for grabs.

I never got a massage from her because she was so rude on the phone. It was so unprofessional!
She called and said she was «calling about the 9:00am appointment I had» and when i said «alright» she raised her voice at me and said «ALRIGHT? I’m calling to confirm?!» I was so stressed out after the phone call with her I couldn’t imagine actually letting her do body work on me and transferring her Rude, stressful energy vibes to me during a 90 minute massage.
I called her back to tell her I thought I was handled very unprofessinally on the phone and said I would like to cancel my massage and she just said «I don’t know what phone call you got but You go right ahead and do that, I have massages all day I’ll be fine.» So I told her I felt like she raised her voice at me and it was stress inducing and she said «Well then i’ll just call the people behind you and tell them they can move up their appointment it doesn’t matter to me!»
NO EFFORT WAS MADE to help me feel any better about the situation or to keep my business. I felt like I was not valuable as a customer at all. She acted like a highschool girl.
Please think twice before dealing with a woman of this character.

Bought a group on deal for a massage and called the next day tombook a massage. The owner Tanya was extremely rude on the phone, told me that she would have to call me back to book the massage. When I asked her it she could call me back this morning she said she would. She never called. We are trying to get our money back from group on. Wish I checked Unilocal before we bought it.

The massage was actually good but the facilities are not nice at all — broken down office building, weird messy break room area right outside the door of the massage room. If they got a better place it might be ok.
