This is my second stay here. It is wonderful as always. Beautiful city, beautiful house and wonderful hospitality. Each room here has something special to offer you. You have to experience it yourself and enjoy the beauty of the bed and breakfast.

Charming, great location(walking distance to west 25th), clean, and so hospitable… Richard is a great host. Pretty much everything you want in a B&B. Will be back the next time i’m in the Cleve for sure.

I can’t rave enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Stone Gables! This is a little gem in Ohio City! Richard was a welcoming and attentive host! I stayed in the«red room» which was decorated beautifully and very clean and comfy! Our breakfast was outstanding! We would stay here again… also, the B&B is walking distance to the West Side Market!

I stayed here for two nights last weekend while evaluating a nearby building as a location for my business. Richard, the owner, was fabulous — very friendly and helpful, with a lot of tips about the area, places to see, things to do, etc. He showed me to my room — which was clean and welcoming — then, remarking that it seemed a bit colder than the rest of the building, brought a space heater in, which kept the room nice and warm throughout the stay. Wifi was available — free and fast, much better than you’d get in a large commercial hotel — and the bed was comfy. There’s a fully tuned and serviced piano downstairs, available for guests to play during the day(obviously, don’t play when people might be sleeping), which I availed myself of. Breakfast was great throughout the trip, though I sadly didn’t get to try the waffles I’ve heard everybody raving about. The first day was Eggs Benedict and the second was French Toast, both very tasty(the French Toast didn’t even need syrup). Overall, it was a great find, and at a price far less than I would have paid anywhere else in the area. I’ll be back here again.
