I’m not a big Starbucks person however this is my most favorite location. The morning crew are the most sincere and chipper staff I’ve ever seen and they’re so friendly. My order is always simple, just hot tea and honey. However when I do get something fancier, it’s made extremely quick. Even when the wait is long, one of the baristas will ask if they can start preparing an order for you. I will always love this location. Thank you guys!

This little gem is a little hard to find and since I am came by foot it was bit easier. Drinks were just what we ordered at food came out super quick. The hours are a bit weird here but i recommend!

Starbucks is Starbucks I guess, right? Wrong Location is hard to find if you’re driving, which I wouldn’t suggest coming here at all if you are driving, as street parking gets tight. But if you’re walking, you can’t miss it. Some seating area as well. I usually go to the two-story Starbucks located in the Hanna building in Playhouse Square, and after Unilocaling I found that this location is even closer to me, so I thought why not especially with the colder weather coming, it’d be nice to walk less when a Starbucks craving hits. I went in around 3pm on a weekday, and they were quite busy but well staffed. A lot of people were waiting for their drinks but no one was in line except me. Maybe 3 girls working passed by me multiple times without greeting me or saying it’ll just be a minute or something to even acknowledge my presence. It took about 5 minutes before that even happened. After I ordered my drink, it flew by, but my drink didn’t taste the way it normally did. I just didn’t care at the moment and left. Safe to say I’d rather walk the extra .25 mile to get to the Playhouse location. I won’t be coming back.

The standard Pike brew was decent but I actually had trouble even finding this location. I was staying at a hotel just down the block and had to circle a couple of times to find it. There is very limited parking so you pretty much have to work around here in order to get your caffeine here. Its downtown so expect panhandlers around and inside.

It’s a little hard to find from the outside on euclid, but once you’re in, the people are very feiendly. One of the times I went they were out of vegetarian sandwiches but they were willing to pull the ham of one so I could eat that. Generally a good starbucks.

I’m here frequently since my job is close to this location. I am always happier leaving this place than I was when I came in. They have some great employees working at this Starbucks who are happy to greet patrons and make sure they feel special before leaving. I love trying new things so I’m often ordering new drinks and asking questions along the way, these baristas at this public square location always make me feel comfortable in their presence. I used to frequent the E 14 location but quickly grew tired of being yelled at or condescended by rude employees who simply could not care less about actually giving you what you ordered. I enjoy the setup of this location with a from area equipped with booths and a long wood slab in the back that I enjoy my lunch on. Sure the line gets long at this location and wraps around the store but you just expect that from Starbucks and plan accordingly. Thanks for keeping this Starbucks so carefully maintained and fully staffed.

They’re so nice and friendly in this location. There was a guy who worked there(don’t know if he’s still there) he was tall and a bit heavyset, this guy was awesome. Just the nicest coolest barista you’ve ever met and all the crew was just as friendly in turn like they were all trying to out awesome eachother. Whatever it was, this guy’s influence lasts until today. This is so much better than the playhouse square location where they have a load of douche bags manning the counter. I just wish they would extend their hours a bit. I can’t always make it down to public square in time.

Love this Starbucks. I work in the building and go here once a day or more. The employees are friendly and remember my name and what I order. Even when they are busy, the employees keep the line moving quickly. The store is a bit cramped.

This Starbucks offers excellent service! However, there are no restrooms for patrons. I went to ask a receptionist if there was a restroom in the 200 public square building, this woman was very rude and ruined my experience. As a college student I shouldn’t be treated with disrespect because I don’t have on dress attire. Unfortunately because of the rude receptionist and the lack of restrooms I will no longer patronize this Starbucks location.

It’s hard to review Starbucks, because there are so many… but this location, in the BP building, is quickly becoming my all-time favorite! The employees are cool and friendly, and super patient if you need a moment to decide. And also, super fast and efficient! It seems that my card is barely swiped before my drink is ready! The interior is pretty cool, too. My only gripe? I wish you had the option of tipping(which is always well-deserved, I might add) via credit, since I never carry cash… I wish all of the locations could be like this one!

This Starbucks location was very recently remodeled and is very clean and appealing inside. The Baristas here are very efficient and friendly and do a great job with the mid-afternoon coffee rush that I frequently find myself in the middle of. As others have noted, I’ve never seen any of them mess up a drink order. It’s worth noting that you can enter this location from both inside and outside the 200 Public Square Building(AKABP tower, Standard Oil of Ohio Building). While they do not have outside seating, many take their coffee to the interior of the public square building to drink in the atrium, which has approximately one dozen small tables.

The cashier at this location was really friendly. My friend was a little indecisive about what to get, and the cashier was very patient. They were really fast about making our drinks. Great way to start a morning!

Like most Americans, I am very territorial about my Bux. Not what kind of coffee I order, because that changes as quickly as my mood. Instead, I mean MY Starbucks, the location I frequent on a regular basis. I love the Starbucks located in Public Square. The baristas are friendly, they never mess up my order and the café is always clean and a great spot to meet a friend or read a book. Be sure to stop by, and tell ‘em that Jordan sent you.

This Starbucks is fine. Convenient location. My standard line: It’s a Starbucks – nothing to get too excited about, but no big disappointments either.

This is in the center of Public Square, so I always stop here for a nice warm mocha or Chai Tea! Out of all coffee shops Starcbucks is always my favorite!
