This Starbucks is located in an older building that gives it some character. It also has one way parking in the front that can be a pain if you’re coming from a different direction. It’s a small location with a few regular tables to your right tucked away in that corner while the other side near the drink pick-up area has bar-like round tables. I feel like the bar tables crowd the small area where people wait for their drinks, but it does give the whole store a variety for seating options since there aren’t many to begin with. I was disappointed with the customer service I received at another Starbucks in a more suburban area by Brecksville because I asked for something specific and they tried to convince me it’s not actually what I wanted. Not here! I came up to the cashier and asked for a grande with two shots of espresso blended with ice, two pumps sugar free vanilla, and one pump base. I said I knew what the consistensy would be. I didn’t receive any flack for my order and got exactly what I asked for. I appreciated the customer service here and my drink was tasty!

Tough crowd. I don’t mind this location at all. It’s not a regular stop for me, but I’ve been here a few times over the last 6 mos or so. The customer service has always been good. The drinks were made as ordered(& quickly). It is a small location. If you want to come here to sit & hang out it’s really a matter of luck & timing I guess. I find seating to be an issue in general with Starbucks. Most locations are usually crowded. I also like the building it’s in. I appreciate it when older spaces with character are used rather than another mundane building, like every other strip mall. It’s a cozy location.

The worst Stabucks I have ever been to. Their drinks never come out right and the coffee flavor is sometimes barely detectable in their mixed drinks. Don’t waste your money here.

Place is small, parking is a joke. Baristas are nice, but they screw up drinks frequently. It’s always full of people who are basically sucking up the wi-fi and are not actually buying anything. There’s always some person sitting there studying without a drink, or a person sitting there reading a paper, without any drink. It’s always the same-never any seating for the paying person. If you come here, plan on paying for parking, for which you will lose money because there’s never any seating. So turn the meter for the free 30 min, grab a drink and go.

It’s Starbucks. This one’s dirtier and noisier than most, so if you’re looking for a place to study or read, or do anything besides listen to the barristas sing motown(although beautifully), head over to Cedar and Lee or Coventry.

This place is alright. It’s not somewhere that I’d go to study and spend a day studying, but it’s not like I dread going here either. The staff is very nice – I used to go here and eat my lunch and read when I worked in the area, and they never said anything if I didn’t order anything more than a free glass of cold, filtered water. Maybe the staff is too friendly, though, because this place has a constant stream of patrons, making for long lines and sometimes slow service. Also, the small store space makes for really, really cramped seating and high noise levels when there’s a lot of customers. Also, the parking meters in front of the place suck, but I think one’s driveway is the only place where one can park in Cleveland Heights for free.

I’m glad this place doesn’t have a drive-thru. Screw car-oriented American culture. And screw music kiosks! I like good-old-fashioned cafes. Plus, this place is in a very pretty building; you have to love it for that. I hate to see old buildings like this one(very locally known as «The Rockefeller Building», not to be confused with any of the other«Rockefeller Buildings» about town) lie vacant or be populated with stores that you never go into.

This starbucks is a small, cozy little place. The problem is that it is a bit too small for all the foot traffic. This starbucks could really use a drive-thru to make the inside a bit less chaotic. It also does not have any of the new stuff Starbucks has been engaging in lately like music kiosks and the like. The coffee is regular Starbucks fare.
