Saravá features a full dinner menu priced from $ 12 to $ 18. The extensive bar menu has many «small plates,» a seafood raw bar, tasty pizzas, and daily specials. Most selections from the bar menu are under $ 6. A daily «happy hour» offers $ 1 off all drinks and special deals on our bar menu during happy hour, and after 9:30 on week-ends. Sergio looks forward to his Shaker Square neighbors and friends stopping by frequently for a casual, lively evening.
History
Established in 2005.
Saravá is located in the heart of the vibrant Shaker Square area and has become a neighborhood gathering spot. The restaurant was designed to offer multiple dining options. An extensive 24-seat bar adjoins an intimate dining area. There is a cozy fireplace lounge, with additional booth seating, and a private dining room. Our expert chefs have created a cross-cultural menu features an array of small bites, encouraging diners to discover new taste sensations in a relaxing, fun environment.
There is free parking available behind the restaurant, metered parking, and valet parking every Friday and Saturday.
Saravá features extensive 120-seat outdoor patio and bar with live music (click on our EVENTS tab for the latest schedule) that evokes the feeling of Rio’s Copacabana Beach — complete with people watching and views of the Square!

Sergio operates two restaurants in Cleveland. Sergio’s repertoire includes nearly 30 years as an expert chef and restaurant owner. A native of Brazil, he moved to the US at the age of 10 and eventually settled in Cleveland. The winner of numerous awards and accolades, Sergio’s has been named:
* «Best New Restaurant» by Cleveland Magazine
* «Best New Restaurant» by Northern Ohio Live
* «Interior of the Year Award» by American Society of Interior Designers
The restaurant has been featured in The New York Times, Gourmet Magazine, Food and Wine Magazine, Travel Holiday Magazine, Money Magazine, We Magazine and Cleveland Ethnic Eats.
His recipes have been published in Chefs of Cleveland, The Dinah Shore Cookbook, The Joy of Grilling, Dining in Cleveland and The Best of the Midwest. Sergio is one of the founders and past president of Cleveland Independents, a group that promotes and supports local Independent Restaurants.
