Unbelievable service, exceptionally competent and honest beyond belief. Chris had come to my house to fix a few minor things and was terrific to deal with. When the first floor of my house flooded while I was away, he was my first call. He came over almost immediately, and gave me great guidance on what to do and who else to call. He could not have been nicer and more helpful.

The outdoor spigot for the hose broke off and at first I had Roto Rooter come out and do an estimate. They told me the main shutoff needs to be replaced before they can do the work. So they quoted me $ 325 for the spigot, and another $ 475 to fix the main shutoff ($ 800 total). They also said I would have to contact the city and convince them to shut off the water at the street. This sounded like a pretty high estimate for the fairly simple thing I needed done, so I called Royal Flush for a second estimate. They quoted $ 175 – 225, and this included fixing the main shutoff. And this did not require having the city come out to turn off the water. Somehow they were able to put a shutoff valve on there. There ended up being some complication that made the job take longer, but they stuck by the original estimate and charged 225. So I have the spigot replaced (and rerouted to the back of the house instead of the side which is great) and a working main shutoff, for 225 instead of 800. It’s a couple weeks later now, and everything is working great. I highly recommend these guys for good work and a fair price.

Well, as with others, the clever name appealed to us. But Royal Flush offer more than a clever name! We’ve used them twice and have been very happy each time! They are punctual and very efficient and also quite pleasant! So happy! We will certainly continue to call them whenever we have plumbing needs. They are also reasonably priced!

Not gonna lie — when looking for a plumber, I called this business first because of the clever name.
Chris from Royal Flush was awesome! Showed up right on time, took care of three separate issues, cleaned up and was done in about an hour. This is the first time I have had to hire a plumber, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, cost-​wise, other than I definitely thought it was going to be more expensive than it was. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.
Also, I finally actually feel like a grown-​up, because the next time someone asks if anyone can recommend a good plumber, I totally can!

Like the previous reviewer, I have used Royal Flush for the past 10 years from drain issues to hot water heater installation. Don’t have a single negative comment. The worst I could say is that possibly the price is high, but I have heard that about all plumbing companies. The job they do is however, fine. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The kitchen drain backed up on a Sunday (why does my stuff always break on Sunday)? I knew it wouldn’t be cheap and it wasn’t, but really, not as bad as I feared. The tech Chris was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, used a drop cloth to keep the area clean, and he worked quickly which kept the cost down. Really I couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely use this company again if I need a plumber.

We have been using Royal Flush since it was just one guy. They are fair, on time (if not early), clean and very neat. They are very informed on what you need and are available for emergencies. We have had them do everything from snaking out a drain to installing a hot water heater. I won’t use anyone else!
