I wish I could rate each individual aspect of dealing with this business separately, because if I could, I would give customer service over 9000 stars. Tim made working with Rooms Today Outlet a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Whatever he is paid, it needs to be raised.
First off… The pricing is great for what you’re getting. The quality isn’t the highest possible on the market, but you’re not paying absurd prices either. I think the quality is good, and prices are VERY reasonable. I purchased a sofa, and couldn’t be more pleased with how comfortable and sturdy it is. This place is perfect for people who need furniture and are on a budget.
The staff isn’t too pushy, but they do have some sales experience. Overall I felt like I wasn’t mislead. Every experience I had with them worked out exactly how they said it would. They’re honest.
If you come here (which I think you should) you MUST ask for Tim. He will make the experience worth while. I look forward to purchasing more furniture in the future from him.

Staff was really cool and helpful but no pressure. Selection is small and a bit outdated, but you should stop def stop to see if you can find a diamond for very affordable prices. Good selection of smaller sofas. Found an approx 85 in 3 seat for $ 399 with nice shape and neutral color.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products and the prices were very affordable. I would recommend to anyone looking for new furniture.
