Business Owner

Over 24 years of experience representing corporations and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service in civil and criminal tax matters. We represent clients that have failed to file tax returns, failed to make payroll deposits, are under civil examination or are under criminal investigation. All of our clients are generally in trouble with the IRS in some way.

Our firm also focuses on corporate bankruptcy and related workout matters for troubled businesses typically involving outstanding tax liabilities.
