Great gym conveniently located inside Tower City Center. Owned by the Lamperski family for about a decade. Always clean and people are friendly. Lots of Forest City and Quicken Loans patrons.

I’ve been a member at Rezults for more than a year, and it’s a great place to workout, especially if you spend your 9 – 5 hours downtown. With an array of newer cardio equipment and a weight machine to satisfy your every desire, Rezults has the space and means to accommodate any workout. Classes are free with membership, which is a great perk and the instructors are reliable and fun. The monthly cost is a fair price and the gym and locker rooms are clean, which definitely round out my list of «must haves» in a gym.
There are a number of personal trainers at Rezults, too. For a good butt-​kicking, sign up for a few sessions with Ernie and he’ll get you in shape in no time. Plus, there’s no lack of good looking young professionals there at any time throughout the day. So if you’re looking to slim down downtown, Rezults is def the place for you.

I worked out here once in March 09 when I was traveling — it’s a little tough to find, but it had everything that I was looking for, which in my case was dumbbells, barbells, treadmill — the basics. Travel workouts are more about keeping a routine rather than reaching any new benchmarks, so this place satisfied my needs. The staff told me that NBA players trypically get in a workout here and the photos proved it. I didn’t catch Dirk or Jason Kidd (who were in town to play the Cavs), but I did shoot hoops on the quick-​shot game they have there… a great diversion!
