Business Owner
Chef Jordan has been a raving food fanatic as long as he can remember. Hill says it all started when he was just a boy in his family garden. Growing fresh vegetables in his father’s garden soon transitioned to canning and cooking family meals at a very young age. Chef Hill remembers being homeschooled as a child, making lunch with his teacher and mother Anne. While attending high school Hill apprenticed under one of Cleveland’s renowned chefs, building a solid culinary foundation.
The passion and perseverance of Chef Hill was motived by an irreversible eye trauma which left him with permanent monocular vision. Hill set a life goal of being a chef at his own restaurant by age twenty-five. Chef Hill studied Culinary Management at The International Culinary School of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
Hill says he enjoys cooking foods where he can showcase the core flavor of a main ingredient. «A lot of times food is overdone, in a sense where flavors mask the flavor you want to show
