Classic O’Charleys!
Very consistent meals and service. It’s not a splashy meal or environment, but for comfort, convenience, price and a nice meal then I recommend O’Charleys!

The first time we went for lunch was back in 2013 and the food was good. We went this week and I ordered the steak and crab cakes, my wife ordered crab cakes. We were sitting at our table having our appetizers and drinks. I looked over at the bar and there was a tray of food just sitting there, my wife says ‘that’s our dinner sitting’. I’m like no it isn’t. So next thing I know the waitress/​bartender brings over our dinner that was sitting on the bar. The crab cake was so bad I couldn’t finish it, the steak was so dry it was hard to eat and it was cold, I complained and the waitress asked if I wanted to see the manager. I told the manager about the dry cold food and to his credit he tried to compensate by taking money off of the bill, wasn’t enough. I could more than say this will be our last visit to this restaurant.

Bad service, food was not very good – order was incorrect, bill was wrong — typical chain restaurant– many better alternatives in the downtown area by the museum. Avoid it and save your money

Always slow, think they do not have kitchen staff to handle crowd. Why does it have to be so cold, better take jacket in summertime. Food just ok, how do you screw up soup and salad. They found a way.

My wife and I do not visit O’Charlie’s very often because of their high prices.
We decided to come today because I had a $ 5 off a $ 20 dinner price, so thought that $ 15 for a lunch meal would put them in line with other similar restaurants. Boy was I wrong!
My wife ordered the Chicken Pot Pie and loaded potato soup. Think small in the bowl size for both. The soup bowl was not even the size of a standard cereal bowl. Think KFC’s Chicken Pot Pie. O’Charlie’s is slightly over ½ that size. All of this for $ 7.99. Add to that $ 2.09 for a cup of coffee and her LUNCH meal was over $ 10.
I had the Southern Catfish dinner that came with French fries and the same size small bowl about half full of slaw. There were also 3 small hush puppies included. All of this for $ 11.99!
The catfish was a disappointment. It was 1 filet cut in half. Most restaurants if you order catfish will at least give you two full filets not ONE cut in half.
Bottom line. The food is good but the portion size leaves a lot to be desired. Needless to say we will not be back any time soon.

I am writing this review for my dad. He ate here Labor Day wknd, party of 6, the service was decent but the food was not so much. The chicken tasted like a rubbery substance & looked like tilapia. The server said she would honor a 20% off coupon that was shown to her before the meal but then at bill pay time all of a sudden the coupon could not be honored because according to Phillip the MOD «those coupons are fake all over the web» although the coupon clearly said O’CHARLEY’S on it. Anyway, after the low par food and the manager not honoring the coupon, my dad and friends definitely will not be back.
1 star for this chain.

Got California chicken salad. Asked blue cheese to be held. Was able to remove ble cheese from plate. Mandarins are soggy. Asgood Must be canned. Tasted good. Liked vinagarette.
Husband got wedge chicken salad. No chicken was on the salad. He wouldnt complain. So I am complaining here. Bread

I took a friend to this restaurant for lunch and regretted every minute. The smell of this place is that of a dumpster… and why? That smell… ruined the taste of the food.

Very slow service. Food is mediocre.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and large selection of steaks, pastas, seafood and burgers. I tried the fish and chips and had a ranch-​hand burger. Both were delicious. Reasonable prices. A bar in the middle will satisfy sports fans.
