If you want extra mayonnaise on your grilled chicken sandwich, just tell them you don’t want any. They’ll hook you up with ALLTHEMAYONNAISE. No extra charge.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Beware as one driver thru lane has been broken for 6 months, signs are broken and trash everywhere. It makes me wonder how the inside is maintained. The people who work there are clueless, unmotivated and uncaring. I would stay away from this place. There are huge problems at this McDonalds. I bet the franchise is taken away soon.

I go there for breakfast sometimes, but the last couple of times they’ve not had the muffins to make their breakfast sandwiches, which is odd because I go into work earlier than most. Location is near the Clinic, so I imagine it would attract a lot of customers, but whoever is running this place seems to have no interest in actually managing the place. There’s a Burger King nearby and you can just go there.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Whoever is running this establishment is sorely unaware of sustainable business practices. My thoughts exactly as Jim N.‘s below: «When I think of McDonald’s, I generally think of a pretty tightly run ship and expediency. Something is horribly wrong with this McDonald’s.» Before I get into how much this place scrimps on their food offerings(even by McDonald’s standards), I’d first like to share my experience at their drive thru. All I wanted was a junior hamburger with fries. At some McDonald’s, I’ve come to realize you have to specify your toppings or else you will literally wind up with a burger between two buns. So I asked for it with ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles – pretty standard – along with a medium frie and ketchup(since packets of ketchup also no longer automatically come with your fries). The speaker system was so bad I had to repeat my order multiple times. There was a lot of static and the girl taking my order spoke very quickly without annunciating her words. Also the first part of every sentence she said was cut off(not sure if this was due to the speaker malfunctioning or her not knowing how to operate it). So I pull around, pay $ 3.59, she hands me the bag. I have learned by now to double check that bag carefully before driving off – no ketchup. I ask for some, she hands me 3 packets, and I drive off. Upon unwrapping the burger, I was sadly disappointed. Of course I in no way expect a gourmet burger from McD’s, but this burger was exceptionally below even McD standards. The so-called«burger» was a sad, 4 mm thick patty of mystery meat – I’m thinking, ok, what can one expect for a few bucks, maybe this McD’s decided to skimp on its burgers to meet cost. Then I opened it up. There was literally a DABBLE of ketchup and mustard – like the amount you might get on your fingers just from opening the bottle, no more than 2 drops – , about ¼ tsp of minced onion, and one sad pickle. Unbelievable. I don’t know how this place stays in business. The clientele need to experience other Cleveland McD’s to realize how much this one is ripping them off. Go to the one in University Heights or even the one in the hospital, and you will find much better value for your dollar. I do not foresee this location staying open much longer under current management, I certainly will not be returning.

When I think of McDonald’s, I generally think of a pretty tightly ran ship and expediency. Something is horribly wrong with this Mcdonalds. Severely long wait times at the drive thru. A couple weeks ago they weren’t even taking orders via the intercom. You literally had to wait your turn to get to the 2nd window before placing your order, then they had you wait right there at the window until they fulfilled the order. Do you know what this does to business?! Cars were driving off without completing their orders. I just now attempted to go through just for a coffee. Few cars in line but again… loooonnnng wait time. I finally got to the intercom and before I could even place my coffee order, the woman blurts out that they don’t currently have any fries. Seriously?! This is flippin McDonald’s? I placed my coffee order then started the long wait. After a few minutes and no movement of the cars ahead, I pulled on out of there and went across the street to the whopper king. I do believe from what I have seen going on there over the past couple of months, that unless there is a corporate intervention… and soon… this place is a sinking ship with no life boats.

Location is in a improving neighborhood near the Cleveland Clinic. It is open 24 hrs. Service is generally good and friendly. Fare is basic McD’s. Good choice if you need a fast food fix in the neighborhood.
