Business Owner
With over 4 years of physical fitness, combined with extensive training Yoga, Thai Yoga, Zumba, Pole Fitness and Aerial Yoga, Instructor Lisa offers a vast variety of classes and coaching.
Combining her knowledge, training and ability to take you from the couch to the dance floor by teaching techniques to improve cardiovascular function, muscle strength and flexibility, breath control and stress relief.
Starting with a course of Thai Body works, and moving into Beginners Yoga, Lisa can teach you how to move from a sedative life on the couch to having the health and fitness to feel physically and mentally healthy, promoting a long and happy lifestyle. All of Lisa’s classes are designed for the every day person. Take yourself down the path from zen 2 zumba.
Lisa is an avid Yogi, runner, biker, dancer and has studied under several well recognized Masters.
