Dr Johnson and his staff do a great job. I switched over to Dr Johnson a few years back from my longtime dentist due to a few issues and I have been very happy.
The hygienists are very friendly and sensitive to your comfort in the chair and Dr Johnson has a great chair side manner. He calmly explains what needs to be done and why. If you are looking for a dentist I encourage you to reach out.

Finally was contacted and they said that they had been busy. I’m a fair person so I’m updating my star rating since I’m getting my xrays. Still not pleased with this office and I still wouldn’t recommend them. However, I’m glad that the issue has been resolved.

Great dentist. Super friendly staff. They offer recommendations, show true concern for how you’re feeling, and the office is really nice inside. Great dental experience all around.

5 stars for a dentist? I know… I’m surprised, too. But you really get 5 star service at this office. From the receptionist, to the xray tech, to the hygenist… everyone is nice, professional… and treats you like a human being, not just another set of teeth.
Scheduling is a breeze. There are even text reminders in case you schedule way far in advance.
Another thing that impresses me? Dr. Johnson has photos all over his office of him performing dental work on children in third world countries. I tend to sit on my couch when I’m on vacation… but this guy is out there making a difference.

I’m very picky about my dentist … i’m a mouse, i’m afraid of pain. So when i was traveling for business in Cleveland, i was very leary of having to find an emergency dentist to deal with my root canal.
Well, thanks for friends in high places (Dr. Kimberly from Chicago :) — I was lucky to find Michael A Johnson. The service was just excellent: professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and most importantly caring — he was able o fix my pain!
