I didn’t purchase the flowers, but I was the recipient. The person who sent them to me lives in FL, and he said they were extremely helpful and kind. My flowers are gorgeous! They were packaged lovely and handled with care. If he ever sends flowers again I know he’ll use this place! We have used those online floral places and the flowers are usually dead or not cared for properly.

I’ve used this florist for a few events where I needed a large number or corsages. They were creative yet also willing to work within my budget. I’ve always been pleased with their work!

Jessica was so wonderful to work with. I’m in New York and needed a same day delivery, and she not only recreated a tasteful, cheerful design but also sent me pictures of the finished product before delivery. SO much better than any online retailer that I’ve ever worked with. Thanks again!

Received an Orchid last year from a friend that’s still going even with my bad plant luck. Today I received a beautiful arrangement from a friend on a particular hard day of the year for me. As a flower lover, I’ve had good & bad experiences, & Jindra’s has been one of the best. Couldn’t be happier with my arrangement!

I am so very happy with the floral arrangement I ordered and the customer service was A+. My order had to be postponed due to surgery changes, and then they had to investigate as to what hospital exactly my friend was in, and then I had them change the card/​message at the last minute. They were very helpful and accommodating and provided excellent customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I placed a large order of cut flowers for my mother for her birthday. I later found out from Mom that the flowers were wilted when she received them. When I called Jindra to let them know of my disappointment they initially seemed to question the accuracy of my account and gave me the third degree. As soon as I mentioned that I would be writing a negative review, J instantly changed her attitude and immediately became apologetic and offered to resend my mother another arrangement. I hope the arrangement is better, but it doesn’t change the fact that my mother received wilted flowers on her birthday. I will not be buying flowers from Jindra again.

I ordered from Jindra twice. Both times they have given me every cents worth! Their arrangements are so beautiful. I was always back and fourth with them through emails and they always response asap and with such care for my order. Definitely my go to for flowers in Ohio!

Ive had flowers delivered from here twice now and both times the flowers were beautiful, full, and nicely assorted. The presentation of the flowers is what I like too! Always in a glass vase organized great.

Absolutely terrible flowers. The roses were nearly dead and the other flowers were wilting at the time of delivery. I cannot imagine how a florist would allow that arrangement to leave the store.

I chose Jindra based on reviews and I am glad I did. I ordered flowers around lunchtime and they were delivered to my cousin’s hospital room a few hours later. They even sent an email confirmation that they had been delivered.

I recently used Jindra Floral Design for a flower delivery for my sister, who traveled to Cleveland to accept an award at a conference. Being from Kansas City, it was especially difficult to try to find a trusted florist who would deliver on time and was affordable. After entrusting the internet with some relevant searches, I stumbled upon Jindra. What got me interested was the free delivery (depending on locale). For under $ 40, I was able to have a little cute bouquet of yellow flowers sent to my sis. Up until the event (taking place on a Saturday), I was in communication with JFD and I asked if I were to get a delivery confirmation the day of. I was ensured I would. Come Saturday, it was past 5pm and I had not received and email or phone call about my flowers being delivered. I called the shop and heard a holiday season voicemail. Frustrated, I called the hotel and they said nothing was dropped off. I was pretty annoyed at this point considering I really would have no way to get a hold of Jindra until Monday but by then the conference (and my sister) would be a long ways away from Cleveland. JFD got back to me early Monday morning and explained what had happened. I already knew though because I talked to my sister, obviously. The flowers did arrive, there was just a lapse in communication of letting me know. Their order flow and notification system need to run better, whether it’s just the delivery guy texting to notify me or whatever. Other than that, the flowers were fine and the follow-​up was appreciated.

Pattie spent so much time with me on the phone trying to find the right kind
of arrangement to make for a friend having a 90^th birthday. We found it,
a birthday cake in flowers and candles. I called and cldn’t believe the prompt
delivery. My friend loved it and had never seen one. Would encourage anyone
to use this florist. They serve a host of geography.

Recently ordered flowers on-​line for my sister in Ohio for her birthday and I requested that they be delivered in the morning. When I called her later in the day she told me the flowers were «absolutely beautiful» and she was thrilled with the «Birthday Blast» arrangement and the flowers were delivered as requested. It is sometimes hit or miss when sending flowers from far away but this time it was a big HIT. Thank you Jindra!

I can’t sing enough praises for this company. I live in California and I ordered flowers for a friends opening in Ohio and the ladies at Jindra Floral Design went out of their way to meet both my budget and design needs. Debbie even texted me a picture of the final bouquet when done and they changed the vase at my request and sent another picture to make sure that I was happy with the final result. You just don’t find service like this anymore and I’d recommend them to anyone for any occasion.
