This company is hired by State Farm Insurance to collect money owed to them by other Insurance companies.
My vehicle was hit while parked in our office parking lot by an employee of the neighboring firm. They came in, admitted the damage, and did everything in their power to speed things along.
According to Chris with this firm, State Farm Claims was responsible for delays by not sending correct paperwork which would add up to the amount they were to bill for. Although Chris had my number, and I had all the correct info for weeks, no one contacted me. When I called and helped debug the process, Chris emailed the other firm and 2 days later a check was cut. Remember, this is the side LOSING THE MONEY. Weeks later Chris says they have not received the check, but when they do, it may take UP TO 45 DAYS after cashing the check and before issuing a check to State Farm. And this came from a supervisor, Kevin Cross! Who knows how long it will take State Farm claims to issue the money.
And I am not necessarily opposed to attorneys! We have one who is wonderful (see my review). But this has simple cost so much in time it is unbelievable.
