History

Established in 2000.

Insight Learning & Wellness Center first opened its doors in 2000 and has grown from a learning center — offering evaluations for adults and children with learning and attention issues — to a full array of services that nourish the health and well-​being of the mind, body and soul.

Our holistic wellness approach emphasizes the prevention of chronic health problems and emotional issues using research-​proven methods such as mindfulness, yoga, brain-​enhancing nutritional approaches and other medication-​free treatments which come with no adverse side effects.

Insight focuses on helping our clients become centered, grounded and more resilient, and to assist them in finding their own power and passions in life. Over the years we have broadened our wellnessservices to include: acupuncture, addiction recovery counseling, craniosacral therapy, massage, naturopathy and homeopathy, neurofeedback, reflexology and reiki.

Business Owner

Michelle Martin, EdS, the Founder & Director of Insight Learning & Wellness Center, is a licensed school psychologist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of learning, developmental, emotional and attention disorders. A 3^rd degree black belt, she developed a specialized program, TaeKwonDo Fun Fusion, that blends fun exercise with social, emotional and self-​regulation lessons, allowing students to build success in school and life.
