Worst bank ever horrible costumers service. maybe this review helps them for little bit changes

I have been banking with Huntington for approximately 20 years and tonight was the last straw. For some reason Huntington has decided over the past 6 months to repeatedly (for no reason) to freeze my debit card without telling me and then issue a new one. Tonight they did this without warning and left me with no way to pay my restaurant tab. After 40 minutes of embarrassment sitting in the both at the restaurant on hold with no resolution due to abismal customer service we finally had to ask a friend to pick up our tab. I will be closing my account in the morning.

Friendly staff, always a pleasure to go here and do my banking. Personal bankers are always available. I never have to wait long, if you even have to wait. i usually can walk right up to the teller.

I have used this particular Huntington branch for over a decade now, its always been a pleasurable experience during visits. There is not an abundance of Huntigtons in my area and this one always seems to be in a good location. I have been in 3 different places in the last 10 yrs., 2 in Lakewood and one I’m at now in Cleveland’s Gordon Sq District.

I’m a small business owner and I use Huntington for both my personal account as well as my business account. I have yet to experience anything bad with them. When I opened the account they were running a promotion that actually gave me $ 300 just for banking with them and using their debit card once. I got the money within 6 weeks of signing up, it was awesome. The bank itself is open later (I think til 7pm more nights) and it’s open 7 days a week! Every time I come in the customer service is EXCELLENT. There’s always nice, smiling people ready to help me, not a bunch of bored looking people who hate their job. Whenever I have questions, I don’t dread calling customer service for Huntington. So far, it’s been an absoluttely great experience for both my small business account and my personal. Thanks Huntington!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Flexible and convenient hours. Open every day of the week until 7 pm and even have weekend hours.
