Firestone Complete Auto Care

Great experience at this Parma, Ohio Firestone Store. I called this morning in the middle of a snowstorm and Tyler was extremely helpful and informative, he answered a series of questions I had. This was a pleasant surprise in this day and age of less than stellar service.
He informed me they could even service my vehicle today if I really needed it, which I did, so I headed over. On arrival I noticed the showroom, waiting room, and service counter area had been remodeled since my last visit and was very clean and inviting. Tyler immediately pulled up my file, saved from my earlier phone call, and quickly explained the service and costs. They had some specials going on the services I selected which gave me additional savings.
He provided instructions on Wi-​Fi access and they took my vehicle in. They had fresh coffee brewed and a comfortable waiting area which included children’s furniture, great perk. Flatscreen television was playing at an appropriate volume which allowed cellphone use without disruption.
The «showroom» is well set up with displays of the various services provided and visuals on vehicle operations and tire specifics as well as tires displayed with informative flip charts.
The restroom was clean but the toilet seat could be replaced. Clean but well worn.
Within the hour my vehicle was ready, he gave me a great explanation of the service and my vehicles condition as well as pricing on additional work in the upcoming weeks. Paid by CC and left a very satisfied customer.
I will refer any friends needing Firestone services to this store.
