Established in 2012.

EPIC Paradigms Group began its operations in 2012 and quickly developed itself as a service provider with the unique ability to provide highly skilled professionals for both project based assignments and supplemental tasks is what positions it from the rest of the IT professional community. EPIC positions itself at the center of the consulting spectrum, again, differentiating itself from the larger consulting solution providers at one end and what is commonly referred to as Body Shops and Boutique Management firms that represent the opposite end. Because of this strategic positioning, EPIC defines itself as a Management Consultancy and Business integrator with highly skilled professionals typically found within larger organizations yet small enough to respond to specialized skill sets difficult to find by smaller staff augmentation firms.

Business Owner

Mr. Dillard has been given an opportunity to serve in a leadership capacity with EPIC Paradigms Group, LLC. The leadership role assigned is Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of EPIC.

Byron has over two decades of experience in the fields of Corporate Start-​ups, Business Development, Governmental Relations, Management Information Systems, and Operational Analysis for a number of industries; specifically, Energy, Telecommunications, Judicial Court Services, Homeland Security, Healthcare, Transportation and State and Local government.
