Dunkin’ Donuts

Really slow. 5 employees working here and 2 people inside and they were still slow. It took 15 min for us to order from the time we walked in the door.

This Dunkin donuts is also a baskin Robbins. The drive thru always tends to be backed up. My coffee drinks never seem to be correct. Last time I ordered ice cream here they told me that it was «too hard» to put in a cone! The positive is they have 99cent large iced teas.

I’ll go next door to star bucks and pay 2x more because I hate the way they great me in the drive through. The coffee is great but I would rather start my day pleasent and pay more.

What can I say? Dunkin has been a staple in my life for years. Good hot coffee, the occasional breakfast sandwich or even a tasty, frosted cruller.
I’m not much for reviewing chain places, but this particular Dunkin has been a stop-​off over the years, The folks are nice, the donuts tasty and they even have ice cream these days, a-​la Baskin Robbins.
If you’re going to either wake up, or chow down, Don’t be Flunkin’, go to Dunkin:)

I’m a big Dunkin consumer and this particular store has all the right tools literally to be one of the best, except for one major flaw.
First here are some big positives for this store :
1.) The Iced Coffee here is AMAZING. I’ve been to this Dunkin about 8 or more times and the iced coffee has always been so good, sweet and flavorful.
2.) The atmosphere is average but size able where you can sit in and have a coffee date.
3.) The employees, from my experience, seem really nice. No complaints on the service.
4.) My personal biggest plus with this store is they ALWAYS offer great coupons for deals on the coffee and donuts. Nice touch I’d say.
So here is there one BIG problem they need to fix.
Almost every time I have been in, they have a VERY limited amount of the actual donuts! If you go in anytime after 12 PM, you will find that most of the donuts are gone and it blows my mind they don’t constantly make them because they’re always busy and full of clientele!
If they could simply just always keep more donuts in the store during the evening hours, this would be one of the best Dunkins around.

Long wait in the drive through nearly 20 mins and the customer service was terrible all young kids! That don’t know how to greet or say sorry for the wait!
Coffee was good though

Awesome place to go when the thermometer reaches the negatives. I dont like the fact that they dont tell you your total until you pull around, it really irks me. I am not big on coffee anymore, but I did like theirs when I did consume tons of coffee. Not too big on sweets, they do have a s*** load of assorted doughnut flavors. I normally go for their chicken, or tuna sandwiches.
They really should start telling you your total before you pull up though, I dont go there to play guessing games!

The only reason I am giving this location a single star is because of a decision made at corporate, so I was told, so I guess this rating goes out to all their locations.
I went in for a pumpkin donut, why? Because it’s not even two weeks until Thanksgiving, and who doesn’t want a couple pumpkin flavored donuts this time of year? Corporate Dunkin Dounts, that’s who, or at least that’s what I was told. Was told I’d have to go somewhere else to get pumpkin flavored donuts, not in that many words, but what they told me was that corporate allowed them to purchase just so many of them until they were not available any more for the year.
If this is true (and if it’s not, someone still screwed up to not have pumpkin flavored donuts this time of year) then I think it’s a bone headed decision. I mean talk about being out of touch with your customers. Talk about turning away business and sending your custom base to another donut store. Talk about plain stupidity. I mean what time of the year do you have a craving for pumpkin flavored donuts than now, around Thanksgiving?
America runs on Dunkin? Well Dunkin, you sent this America running towards the competition.

The employees are very nasty and they openly use the «f» word in front of customers.

Difficult to get to because of the congestion in the area. Limited parking, but also has a drive through. I generally don’t get donuts, but rather the other breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Iced tea is awesom.

The cashier was super friendly. The friendliest I’ve encountered in any store in a long time. I haven’t been here in years — just popped in to grab the Pumpkin K Cups. The inside was empty — the drive thru had a line; that’s pretty typical from what I observe driving by it…

They always know my order and get it right.

I go here all the time despite my two stars because it’s cheaper than Starbucks next door and the coffee is better.
It seems like the drive-​through always takes forever. Maybe everyone is ordering complicated sandwiches, but if McDonalds can do it fast, why can’t Dunkin Donuts?
I’ve had my order messed up a few times, my credit card dropped on the ground by the window cashier, etc. Also, when you order they never tell you your total, they just say thank you. Can’t you tell me my total so I know you got everything?
The height of my disappointment came last week when I went inside, thinking it would be faster. One person in front of me but I waited at least 6 – 7 minutes because she was some clueless person who had to decide on each donut in her dozen individually, with much thought. Then she wanted a drink and wanted to know her options and prices because she apparently couldn’t read the menu. That itself is not the store’s fault, but there were at least 6 people working. One of them could have come over to ring me up, but it took that long for them to realize I’d been waiting forever.
If you’re in any kind of hurry, don’t come here.

I like this dunkinn donuts because I go their daily and I just have to pull up and they have my order ready!

Doughnuts are stale, ice cream is good, but i can’t get over the stale gross doughnuts. I mean come on. I used to like DD’s back in the day.
