Decker Appliance Service Company

Our Whirlpool Duet dryer had another scorched cord, and with it no longer under warranty, we knew we wanted to have someone out who came recommended. From our friends to other 200^th St. business owners to my mother-​in-​law, I got a lot of recommendations to call Decker Appliance.
I called them on Monday towards the end of the day, and the lady there took my information and told me to call back in the morning for a 2 hour window. At 8:25am Tuesday morning, Jim from Decker Appliance called me and was able to dispatch right away.
They came out, looked at the dryer, looked at the 220 volt outlet, and were able to identify the problem. About an hour of work, they were able to fix my dryer and replace our 220 volt outlet for around $ 130.
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s this quality of service that we were looking for, and Decker Appliance was the right match for us! I will gladly do business with them again.

Dropped off my microwave for repair. Nice place. Small family business. We’ll see how the repair goes.
