History
Established in 2008.
Coquette Patisserie began as a home-based bakery selling treats at local farmers’ markets and to wholesale customers. In 2013, the bricks & mortar shop opened in Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood.

Business Owner
Proprietor and Executive Pastry Chef Britt-Marie Horrocks Culey received a general culinary degree from Western Culinary Institute, a Le Cordon Bleu program in Portland, OR, then studied under some of the best pastry chefs in Portland; Avignon, France; and New York City before going out on her own and starting Coquette Patisserie.
