History

Established in 1979.

Charles Donahue and Thomas Scanlon were well regarded practitioners in Cleveland before becoming partners, Charles with the Calfee Halter & Griswold law firm, and Thomas with Persky Shapiro. As skilled business lawyers they quickly developed a practice that grew in reputation and clients. Tim Collins joined the firm in 1992 and became a name partner when Charles stepped down from active practice in the firm. Thomas’ years of experience in transactional matters, and Tim’s litigation practice, added to the firm’s decades of experience, provide all the tools required for the strong group of lawyers now making up the firm.
