Budget Dumpster Rental

Horrible company!
We recently used this company to clean out a home. The first issue was that the company couldn’t deliver a container in a 24 hour period (as stated on their website). Second issue: We called for pick up on a Friday before noon. It was stated that they could not come to pick up till the following Monday, due to the fact it was their «busy season». In fact the container was not picked up till Tuesday. During the lag time it rained for 2 straight days. The rain soaked the household. items thus causing them to be weighed down. The container that we filled (with level top… not heaping) was soaked. And it was claimed by the company the container weighed 2x as much. As a result we have been charged close to $ 100. extra for rain water.
When I made the inquiry as to this dilemma no clear explanation was given to proper pick up time. A pittance refund was offered.
We do not recommend using this so called «professional company» as they are anything but professional.

We’ve used Budget Dumpster Rental multiple times for our DIY home renovations. They extremely easy to work with, and schedule deliveries and pickups quickly. Finally, the name says it all — they are the most affordable provider in our area, but you’d never know it was a «budget» company judging from the highest level of service they provide!

I hired Budget Dumpster on short notice, but a dumpster was delivered in a timely fashion and there were no issues. Same with the pick up. Customer service was excellent and all of my questions were answered. I recommend them!

I was very very satisfied with the ease of booking and efficiency of this company. I own a home renovation business and have used several companies. I liked Forest Green until they got bought up by Rumpke and it all went south really really quickly.
I will most definitely be using them again for my next dumpster rental… I highly recommend you try them out. You will be pleased.
