Blomgren & Bobka Co., L.P.A. was founded by Attorney Gilbert E. Blomgren & Todd A. Bobka. They are dedicated to helping individuals get a fresh start on life by eliminating their debts through bankruptcy. After years of representing Creditors Attorney Blomgren & Bobka realized that the public needed high quality attorneys to represent them in bankruptcy.

Business Owner

Attorney Todd Alan Bobka is a founding partner of Blomgren & Bobka, Co., L.P.A. in Cleveland, OH. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Mr. Bobka’s primary field of law is consumer Chapter Seven and Chapter Thirteen bankruptcies. He is licensed to practice law in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

Mr. Bobka received his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-​Marshall College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1999. Prior to earning his JD, he earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Ohio University in 1996.
