I have ordered oven ignitors for two different ovens. Keep in mind these ignitors(glow sticks) are super fragile. The most recent purchase came FedEx 2 day ground Fresno to LA. It showed up broken, I don’t know if it was a FedEx problem or was shipped broken. The part was not protected with any type of bubble wrap or protection in its box. Ultimately I think APP is to blame for the lack of packing material, but FE doesn’t have the most gentle of hands. No problem. I call APP and they offer to resend. I request priority overnight, I get some push back but in the end it is agreed to be shipped overnight and APP is picking up the tab. Later that day I call APP to request that this part be inspected and repacked with additional material for added protection. This is when I find out that the part is no longer being shipped overnight and has also missed the cutoff time to do so. WTF! So now it is going out the next day, overnight. I am a little upset now. APP rep offers to refund 20%, I say that is not good enough. Immediately the rep offers to refund the entire cost and pick up the tab for shipping. Gold star to the APP rep, she saved a customer from shopping elsewhere in the future. Don’t you love it when someone down on the end of the employee totem pole can make a decision right now to make things better!

I ordered a motor pulley for my dryer. I paid an extra $ 13 for the guaranteed 2 day delivery. It shipped the same day I placed the order. It took 4 days to get the part. I contacted customer service and received no help. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I ordered a E clip for my dryer off of . The part cost me 4.04 and it was another 6 bucks to ship it even though it weighed next to nothing, was flat, the size of a dime, and made of metal. I took their item down to the hardware store and they matched it up for 24 cents. What a rip off! I wrote them about it but they did not care so I will go elsewhere, like the hardware store, should I need anything else. Despite their name, they lack discount appliance parts.

Couldn’t believe it. Nothing has ever worked this smooth! My oven gave out and I googled the problem and discovered it was the igniter. I searched for the cheapest cost and Appliance Parts Pros had it. I liked the fact that I could return the igniter if for some reason that wasn’t the problem. I entered my model number off my Amana oven and it came up with the part INSTOCK and a video on how to take out the old and put in the new. Diagrams on my oven and everything. Confirmed it was a igniter through their part description and troubleshooting guide. Part came 2 days later and it was easy as pie to put in! Oh yeah… and now my wife can bake that pie! LOL

Had all the difficult parts to find for our Jenn Air cooktop in one place, in stock and at very fair price. Shipping price very fair as well and shipped early next day.
