A B C Trophy & Engraving

I’ve used this company for 3 years for awards for my softball team. The first two years they were great. This year, I used the exact same file for the logo on the plaque and got a pixelated mess that I wouldn’t give got a bum on the street. It looked like they passed the job onto a 7^th grader learning photoshop for the first time. And some of the letters on the plaque are actually broken.
Sent an email as well as the «contact» form off the website (
) and got no response. I guess they got their money, so it’s my problem now. Check out my photo and tell me that isn’t the most unprofessional job you’ve ever seen. They actually tried to pass that off as a usuable award. I couldn’t get the scanner to grab the broken letters enough that you could tell, but trust me, it was the worst plaque I’ve ever seen.
The award goes in the garbage, I’m hoping to find someone local that can do this professionally before this thing is supposed to be given.
I certainly will never use this company again.
