If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I brought my iPad in to this place a month ago for a simple screen repair – it had been dropped and the screen was shattered, but other than that it was in perfect working order. I spoke with them on the phone and they said it would be roughly a 90 minute repair. I brought the iPad in the next day and they said that they didn’t have the screen in stock at that moment but that it would arrive in a shipment later that day and that I could pick it up the next day. The next day came and went without a call, so I stopped in after two days to pick it up(Saturday). I was told that the part had come in later than expected, but that they would fix it and call me Monday to pick it up. I finally called again on Thursday or Friday to check, and they told me that they had replaced the screen but the power button didn’t work anymore(something that had never been an issue and wasn’t one when I dropped it off and their technician did a general check of it), so they had ordered a new button and had to wait for THAT to arrive, which they claimed would be in the next few days. When the NEXT Friday arrived with no call, I called again and was told that the replacement power button hadn’t fixed the problem, so they were going to replace the little wire that connected it to the hard drive. Should be(AGAIN) a couple of days. When I called in another week, after continued total lack of communication, they vaguely said that they were waiting on «a part» and that I should get a call Friday at the latest. It is now the Tuesday after, and no one has contacted me in any way. They have now had my iPad for a month due to some damage they did to it during what should have been a routine screen repair. Worse than this error is the total lack of communication. I have only ever received one call from this office and whenever I do get them on the phone, they are vague and generally unapologetic. I could understand that something went wrong in the repair process if they were just honest and stayed in communication, but that has sadly not been the case. Save yourself the trouble and time – take your device somewhere else.
