Scissors & Suds

What a GREAT experience!
After searching for months, and upon a high recommendation from our vet, we gave Scissors and Suds a try for our Yorkie/​Cairn terrier. Our little rescue dog is not a fan of being groomed, to say the least, and our last grooming experience elsewhere traumatized him. Knowing this, Glenda not only suggested, but encouraged me to stay with him while they groomed him! Heather did a fantastic job! She was patient and kind to «Scruffy», even though he was a less than cooperative client, and did a thorough job, making him look better than he ever has! And, I’m happy to say, he was not traumatized at all afterward!
The salon itself is very clean! The store front is stocked with cute accessories, sweaters, collars, treats, at what seemed to me to be reasonable prices.
Everyone working there obviously loves animals and their jobs!
Prices are the most reasonable around!

Glenda, Michele and Shannon were the best and our life savers! Juneau must have rolled in bait water because he was so stinky! I searched Unilocal and Scissors & Suds was it for us! I called on the Friday morning of a very busy shore weekend and they were able to take us pronto! I’ve never seen women smile so much while working. They definitely enjoy what they’re doing and they do an excellent job! I can’t say enough how great the experience was and I will tell everybody to go there!

While on vacation in the area my Silky Terrier needed grooming. Taking a chance on Scissors and Suds I was extremely pleased with the excellent grooming Skylor received. The groomers were all professional and they asked me how I wanted him groomed. I would definitely bring him back when we vacation in Sea Isle City next year!

Customer services is always top-​notch. Glenda (owner) really knows how to bring out the beauty in a dog. The new location is wonderful, much larger than the original salon. My dog loves going here as he truly feels like he receives a complete spa experience!
