with over thirty years in the plumbing industry, Paul was first introduced to field by his grandfather the owner of a large mechanical company based in the nations capital Washington DC. Paul has worked his way up thru the ranks to become the General Manger of Progressive Services. Knowing that customer satisfaction is most important he has set forth standards and procedures to be followed by Progressive Services technicians to the letter, though they may be high standards every Progressive Services employee meets or exceeds those standards making this the absolute best team in the industry.
