Established in 2015.

JSZ Dry is a relatively new company, but our customer service team of Jimmy and Susan have been in the industry for almost a decade. Additionally, the professionals hired by our staff have been in the industry for over 20 years and are IICRC certified. There is nothing our industry professionals have not seen; no loss is too small or too big. While our professionals focus on the restoration process, JSZ Dry (who only consists of Jimmy and Susan) focuses on customer service to ensure you get both the best in damage repair and customer care.

JSZ Dry is owned and operated by Jimmy, who has 8+ years experience working at a successful water damage restoration company, and my wife Susan. During my tenure working at the offices of a successful water damage restoration company, I learned many of the aspects of the industry, particularly the customer service side. This inspired me to start a company that is geared toward referring customers to respected water damage restoration professionals to address their loss, as well as providing them with a top notch customer service company: JSZ Dry.
