I will probably not return to this theater. We went there yesterday because we wanted to see a movie that has been out for a while, and the only other place it was being shown was Cinemark. Next time I will drive the 20+ miles to the tourist area. First of all, their prices are high. Concession prices are at least twice as high at similarly sized theaters. The theater itself had a foul odor, and broken seats (#15). Shortly after the movie started, two teenaged girls enter the theater and proceeded to shine the flashlight on their phones around the seating area as though they were looking for someone, but then left abruptly. The people next to me, who came in after the lights were lowered, proceeded to text and talk on their phones through the entire movie, then when they dropped one of their phones, turned on their flashlights and were jumping over the seats in an effort to find the phone. When I asked them to please be quiet, they grumbled loudly for the remainder of the movie. As soon as the lights came up, she started yelling, and I left the theater, she followed me to the lobby, yelling the whole time. When I asked to speak with the manager, she turned and literally ran out a side door. The person I asked about the manager ignored the request and continued to serve popcorn, even though there was an obvious issue. The manager never materialized. While they can’t always control the behavior of their patrons, they do have an obligation to maintain a safe environment, which they did not do. I was verbally threatened «We’s gunna have some WORDS» and there was no response from management. So, if you want to spend a lot of money in an unpleasant and unsafe environment, and be threatened by other movie goers, this is the place for you. Personally, next time I’ll drive to a theater with a better class of patrons

I give you one star Bc you don’t allow Fandango tickets… get with the times… just Bc you are located in backwoods Florida doesn’t mean you have to act backwoods… technology happens whether you like it or not… I will drive the extra 30 mins for a theatre that accepts Fandango as opposed to patronizing your theatre where you force me to come to your box office to buy tickets… get with the times geesh…

I have always been going to Downtown Disney to see my movies but with all the construction going on down there, I decided to try EPIC for the new Avengers movie.
We went for a mid week matinée and paid $ 8 each to get in. I don’t eat in theaters because they are just too expensive so I can’t tell you about that but I did see they had a bar area where you could get beer or wine. I decided to have a beer (7 or 8 dollars each) but the beer I wanted was locked up in a case that they could not find the key for. The manager happened to be near the bar area and told me what they had to offer me… he went in the back and actually came out with the beer I first wanted… they found more if in the backroom. He was super nice as was the girl ringing the sale.
The theater itself was clean and the seats were nice. Of course with a almost totally empty theater, I had a stupid kid sit right behind me and kick my seat… I asked him twice to stop… his parents even told him to stop… but he never did… so i had to move my seat… but of course this had nothing to do with the quality of EPIC…
Anyway… I enjoyed the facility and will be coming back again… Enjoy!

Total ripoff! Took the kids for $ 6 Tuesday and they wouldn’t honor the price. Said I needed a coupon off their website. I said I would pull it up with my phone and they told me it had to be printed out. There were large signs advertising their $ 6 Tuesday movies yet they refused to honor it! Charged us $ 8 for a matinée.
Place is clean, seats comfortable and popcorn fresh but their ticket policy stinks! On another occasion I tried to use a Fandango gift card and they refused to honor that as well.
Sadly, this is the only option in Clermont so they have no respect for keeping their customers happy!
At the prices they are charging, Redbox is quickly becoming the only affordable way to see a movie anymore!

Good theater but they have to offer a military discount. I mean swriously? AMC was the last hold out and they even offer a one dollar discount. It’s Florida and this place charges alot so they should offer a military discount to our service members.

It’s hard to go crazy and give 5 stars to a place that over charges, as all theaters do. The theatre itself is nice and modern. Clean and compares to most other theaters. It is a family run company that has a few locations. It gets the job done for sure. As for concessions. I would notice that most people pop into the Dollar tree located right next store and guy all the movie theatre candy and treats there. I’m sure they know it’s happening. If they reduced the prices done it wouldn’t be that bad. I always still would purchase a popcorn from concession because nothing compares to the real deal movie theatre popcorn, when it’s done right that is. I would say check it out. If your in the area or a local this is your movie theatre option! Enjoy. And SEE YOU AT THE MOVIES!

Nice clean theatre in Clermont. A little pricey. Popcorn is ok. Seats are comfortable. Sound is good. All the latest movies. I went to a matinée and paid $ 10.00. I ordered the kid snack pack for $ 7.50 and it comes with kid soda, popcorn, and a skittle pack.

Nice theater, they move the lines pretty quickly, clean environment. Bonus can shop both before and after the movies depending on the time of day.

Nice theater, very comfortable/​modern setup, but the girl serving food at the concessions counter was coughing everywhere. On the food, on her hands, all over the place. Two days later, I’m sick with a cold. Wonder how that happened? I would hope that sick employees would be moved away from food service locations to minimize the spread of germs when they’re ill.
Update: Manager reached out to me and apologized for this incident and made steps to get us back in the theater to give them another chance. Nice customer service!

As far as theaters go, nothing to complain about.
They manage lines well.
Concessions are, of course, overpriced –but I’ve been raped much worse in other theaters.
Hit movies are always playing – on a convenient time schedule. I would definitely recommend…
Then again, we have nothing else in Clermont with which to compare it.

Would give less stars if I could. Their concession stand pricing is outrageous. I wanted to add a ice water in a cup bigger than a urine sample size and they wanted 4.50. The food (hot dog) was so bad I had to throw it out. I’ve gone twice and both times said I would never go back. This time I mean it.

Comfortable clean place but the concessions are ridiculously expensive for what you get. These are the smallest portions you. can imagine. Nice to have a movie theatre in Clermont for convenience sake only.

We really love this place. Spontaneous date nights are always sooo much fun! Catch a movie enjoy the theater atmosphere. This place delivers on cleanliness and pretty good prices for your snack attack. If you can hold out there is a magical ice cream shop next door.

Theatre needs to not allow kids under 6 in rated R movies. I had to leave the theater after several people complained and no action was taken. They allowed the kids to cry, scream, hang on railing and run in theater. The management took no action. I will not return to this theater. Parents get a sitter it is borderline abusive to cover a child’s mouth because you picked and inappropriate film to drag them to.

I’m deducting 3 stars cause it’s so HOT in their, turn on the a/​c! Other than that the prices are fair and it’s clean. It’s very hard to overlook how hot it is tho

Solid spot to watch a movie. Not the fanciest place but clean and very serviceable.
Staff is polite and their prices are in range with other theaters.
The seats are good sized and comfortable.
A few of their theaters are very tiny which didn’t bother me too much but I had never seen a theater that small before (maybe 10 rows of seats)

Although I have been to better theaters in the past, this is a great neighborhood theater! The location is good and is surrounded by quite a few restaurants and a frozen yogurt shop.
The seats are comfortable which make up for the smaller screens. The concession stand is a bit pricy, but they sell this type of seasoning for the popcorn. I like the ranch flavor.
The lobby is somewhat bare with the exception of an arcade area on the side. They also have a party room for events or birthday parties.
All in all, this is a good place to come to if you want to have a close-​to-​home date night.

They’re the first theatre of its kind in Clermont so there’s not much to compare it to, but all things considered its a pretty good theatre. The movies are always new, the seats are large and «stadium» style so noones head is blocking your view, the snack bar has a nice variety and they even have a «coldstone-​ish» Edys ice cream area.
The reason I didnt rate them higher is their lobby has no seating, its pretty bare actually; they dont offer student discounts and they close pretty early but that’s Lake Countys fault not theirs. All in all not a bad theatre.
