Walked in the store, and I sat on a chair for 30 minutes and I wasn’t even acknowledge by any of the service reps. As I was walking out the guy looked at me and didn’t even say a word. Only 2 other customers in the store

Not a real Verizon store. Just a authorized dealer. I don’t recommend this place because there are totally different fees and insurance procedures. They have over priced merchandise and left feeling pretty ripped off. Just go tons regular corporate Verizon! This place gives you the used car salesman feel.

Very impressive customer service. I ordered a phone a few weeks ago and came back to pick up my order. The associate remembered me and my name when I came in the door.
My time in the store was a little long, but there was some issues with adding my wife’s phone to my account.
