History

Established in 2010.

I spent 3 years training in gyms before finding my niche: training the «whole person». Not content with just pushing people through workouts, I found that clients achieved greater success when we found the «whys».

A cancer survivor, stunt performer, and mother — my passion is helping individuals reach their fitness goals. All of my experiences, combined with training from the American College of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, mean I can help you get closer to your own goals!

Business Owner

Circumstances change in our lives and we change our goals to accomodate them. As a dancer and stage actress, I performed professionally for 5 years. After my daughter was born, I took some time off until she entered school. Thirty-​five pounds overweight and out of shape, I discovered yoga and proper nutrition. In 2005 I began my Yoga Teacher Training, and in 2008 I became a Certified Personal Trainer to pass on my knowledge in a broader spectrum.
