Established in 2006.
The Computer Shop was opened in December of 2006 in Winston Salem, NC. Stayed in that location until September 2012. I (Barbara Boose) incorporated The Computer Shop and moved the store to Clemmons NC in the River Ridge area. Dugan D. has been the store technician and onsite technician since 2011.

Barbara started The Computer Shop in December of 2006. She previously worked at a local computer company that had to close its doors. Barbara had been working with computers since 1990 and was the owner of A & B Computers in Georgia from 1990 – 1996. She wanted to keep working in the computer industry which led her to open The Computer Shop.
