Established in 2015.

Since May of 2015, Shape Up Nutrition has grown to know many incredible members of the Clemmons community and helped them achieve the results they each were heavily looking for. Our coaches maintain a presence in the area and can be found talking and chatting with people in the grocery market or running in the park. Our goal is to help Clemmons get healthier and offer a cleaner, delicious alternative to the countless fast food restaurants in the area.

Business Owner

Jessica is a Wellness Coach and the co-​owner of Shape Up Nutrition. She specializes in weight loss and motivation and looks our for her clients with the highest level of love and care possible. She has been a Wellness Coach since June of 2014 and has helped folks across the country get absolutely amazing results.
