Merge-​Tech is an award-​winning team of experienced professionals who specialize in design and integration of Intelligent Controls, Multimedia Distribution, Custom Theaters and Auditoriums, Board Rooms, Security and CCTV, Networking and Communications, and Lighting Control, into new and existing structures with a specific focus on energy savings. We work closely with residential and commercial owners, contractors, architects, and interior designers toward a goal of «bringing it all together». Merge-​Tech sets the standard in the Carolinas for professionalism, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Established in 1987.

Merge-​Tech, Inc. is a Winston-​Salem, NC based company established in 2012.

Our business started in 1987 as a local residential alarm company. In 1994 a key hire brought the current owner on board. Then a technician, he was instrumental in guiding that small alarm company to where we are today. In 1999 the company was purchased from the original owner and the name was changed to Audio Video One-​Home Entertainment Solutions to more closely reflect the company’s primary offerings. As the business grew and changed it became apparent that the name, tag line, and corporate structure no longer reflected the complete mission so Merge Tech was born. This new name closely reflects our mission of «merging technologies» and «bringing it all together».
