Awesome place to get some wine or beer and hang out. Very comfortable environment and has awesome live music on Fridays.

As a resident of Clemmons, this is my favorite local place to pick up a few beers or drop in and enjoy a drink at the bar. Great selection, reasonable prices, always finding the rare «whale» beers (BCBS, Plead The Fifth, etc.) Great knowledgable staff and bartenders.

Very laid back atmosphere with a great selection of beer and wine. The staff is very knowledgable about their craft beers. They often have live music which is a nice addition. I will continue to frequent this establishment.

This is a cute little wine and beer shop in Clemmons. I had wanted to check it out for a while and I was there when hey were open. The store is warm and inviting. They have a nice beer selection to make your own 6 pack. They had several beers on tap including some local one. People were also tasting wine. They have places to sit as well. Their selection was smaller but if in Clemmons I would check it out.

Grapes and Grains is a great place to hang out! They frequently have live music! Tonight we got to hear the musical talent of James Vincent. The music was good and not too loud so you couldn’t hear the person next to you.
We were greeted immediately and promptly served our drinks. They have a great selection of beer and wine for you to grab a glass or a pint to sit and relax! You can sit at the bar, a table, or even outside.

This business has been open for about six months.

This is a really awesome locally owned business. They have a refrigerated section of beers, shelves of bottles, and a pretty decent wine selection. They even have a counter where you can grab a beer or glass of wine. On most of the wines they have a tag that goes into more detail about what you can expect from each wine. I was a big fan of this, since I don’t know much about wine this helped put things into context. I am not a big fan of beer but they looked to have an awesome selection of craft beer options.
They had a sign outside advertising some of their upcoming happenings. It looks like they offer wine and beer tastings and even have live music playing there on a regular basis.
Definitely check them out! It is much less overwhelming than walking into a huge wine/​beer store, you can support local, and get awesome attentive & knowledgeable service.

This is by far the best wine bar/​tap room in the area. Plus, they have craft beer from all over. Highly recommend. Jim is knowledgable and dedicated and will bend over backwards to earn your business.
