History

Established in 1987.

My father is a second generation builder and started the business in the early 60’s and built high quality custom homes. We became partners in 1987 upon my Graduation from East Carolina University and change the name to Conrad & Conrad Inc. We continued building custom homes and started focusing on additions and remodeling.

The challenge of making additions and remodeling blend with the existing structure and the opportunity to meet more people set our path for what we are today. We are a close family and consider each of our clients past and present a part of our family.

Personal service in the design, material selection and the complete process is what we provide, to give you the highest quality finished project your money can buy. When you decide to let us complete your project, if you desire, I take or meet you at each of the suppliers to make sure you know what you have picked out.

Business Owner

In 1981 I was graduated from East Carolina University where I studied Industrial Technology and Business. I became partners with my father in 1987.

Jack Sr. was licensed as a General contractor in the early 1960’s. Jack Sr. continues to visit the job site occasionally and gets to know the client.

Jack Jr. became a licensed General contractor in 1986. I visit you, listen to your ideas about your dream project, make suggestions of the options that are possible and introduce you to materials that are available.

My wife Angie has assisted with the business since 1987. In 2008, she became an active partner and we are now a WBE. Angie is the friendly voice you here each time you call and quick to get you answers or contacts to meet your need.

We use only experienced, licensed and insured subcontractors that have completed many remodeling, repair and new construction projects. We have complete trust in their abilities and integrity.

We will take care of your project and personal space!
