Ordered firewood from these guys… got charged top dollar for garbage quality firewood — obviously scooped up and dumped into the delivery truck w/​a front end loader. The deliver was more dirt than it was firewood. The wood itself was terrible — tiny chunks of unstackable waste was more than half of the delivery. Never again.

Had an irrigation system installed. They were not very reliable and when they finally came out they:
Installed the incorrect heads in some areas and had to come back 3 times to Get it right
Installed 1 head behind a tree so every time you run the zone, it hits the tree trunk
Installed the main water line along the property line. I recently had a fence installed and the installer had to break the line to complete the job. When I called for repair, I was told it would be $ 80 for an estimate /​service call. I asked if the fee could be waived since the damage was a result of their original installation and should have been installed off the property line, she got very snotty and blamed me. She said well did you sign off on the plans? It is up to you to mark the heads. I said I did not receive the plans until 6 months after the job was complete and I did mark the heads. She then tried to blame the fence company. I told her I understood I would be responsible for some charges but did not feel it was fair to pay $ 80 to get an estimate and they should work with me to correct the problem. She said she would call me back after speaking with a supervisor but 3 days later I am yet to hear back. I am probably going to need the entire system replaced. The coverage is not very good and it is difficult to find someone willing to fix it because of the way it was installed.

Quality was supposed to install an irrigation system at my house. They cancelled on me a total of 4 times and would never show up to do the job. They would never call me to let me know they wouldn’t come. I had to call them to follow up to see what happened. Each time they had an excuse. I ended up asking for a refund.
Do not do business with this company. The communication and support is AWFUL.
