This is the worst philly pretzel factory over every been too. The girl actually dropped my pretzel on the floor and tried to slip them in my bag when she thought I was not looking! I WAS PISSED to say the least! Most of the staff has the worst attitudes I’ve seen. And the pretzels are over baked. If I could give negative stars I would.

Love this place. Pretzels are fresh, the staff is friendly and fast. Best of all its relatively inexpensive. If you like fresh Philly pretzels and are in the Blackwood Clementon area, I recommend stopping here.
