Before starting his own practice, Robert worked for Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC. Robert’s primary practice was employment and construction matters. He also handled other business law matters.

He spent 10 years as an Air Force JAG. In his last assignment he served as the chief prosecutor for Europe and the Middle East. In 2007 he was recognized by the Judge Advocate General of the Air Force as one of the Air Force’s top litigators.

As a JAG, Robert was also assigned to the contract litigation team. While there he negotiated million dollars settlements for pennies on the dollar as well as litigated many complex matters.

He spent two years as a defense attorney for the Air Force, where he represented Air Force members in a host of criminal matters. In 2002 Robert was recognized as one of the Air Force’s best defense attorneys.

Robert has tried over 100 jury trials both criminal and civil. Robert’s unique experiences have made him a well rounded and extremely effective advocate.
