Extremely friendly and professional. Our car got a flat on the way home from Dallas to Kempner on a very warm Sunday afternoon; in a car that does not carry a spare. After a very frustrating hour spent on the phone with our insurance company trying to determine where our car could get towed to get a replacement tire, the tow truck driver from Rick’s Automotive was able to make a suggestion of somewhwere that was both open on a Sunday and carried the low profile tires for our car. When the driver, Miguel Gutierrez, showed up we were even more impressed by the professional and courteous service he offered. He insisted my husband and I wait in the air-​conditioned cab of the tow truck while he loaded our car. He was pleasant on the 20 mile drive to NTB in Burleson and even suggested a good place for lunch while we waited on our car. If it weren’t for Miguel we would still be on the side of the road waiting for our insurance company to figure out a place for our car to be towed to.
